Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of the organization; assists in the life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources
- Manage daily shipments activities to ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are properly planned and coordinated
- Work closely with suppliers and carriers to ensure Sunlighten's needs are met and resolve any issues regarding shipments/deliveries
- Monitor and resolve customer cases pertaining to shipping concerns or damages by answering phone calls and responding to emails and chats
- Assist in daily order processing and ensure accurate inventory flow to properly set and meet customer expectations
- Assist the sales team, sales operations team, and customer care teams by quickly answering questions regarding delivery, inventory and estimated timelines
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make recommendations for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing operations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Commute to Sunlighten HQ at least 2 days/week - Working in office on Tuesdays is required
- Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8-5- schedule/hours can be adjusted
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 2 year of customer service or logistics experience
- Clear and Effective Communication Skills

- Superior Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Related Software
- Pay for this position is $17/HR***
- Hybrid position (2 days in office), upon completion of training
