Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service and support, aligning with the company's brand and values.
- Support sales and marketing teams by assisting with strategy, campaign management, and content creation.
- Manage and update client information in the company CRM, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, scheduling, cancellations, and billing questions.
- Coordinate marketing objectives and strategies with leadership and outsourced teams.
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and content strategy.
- Oversee and update the company website, ensuring technical SEO and content accuracy.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on estimates.
- Collaborate with HR for brand promotion at events and digital recruiting campaigns.
- Coordinate video and photography shoots for marketing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or a minimum of 3 years related experience.
- 2 years of administrative experience and 3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in content management, creative writing, and media negotiations.
- Proficiency in CRM and CMS platforms, specifically WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing best practices.
- Basic photo, video editing, and graphic design skills.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite products.
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Hourly pay range: $20 - $25 an hour, depending on experience

Normal Work Schedule: This position is expected to work at minimum the following schedule – Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, some occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand and sometimes overtime may be necessary.
Location and Travel: This job operates in an office environment. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
