The Client Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the company's growth. This position involves a blend of administrative, sales, and marketing responsibilities, focusing on enhancing client relationships and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, and detail-oriented, contributing to the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client service and support, aligning with the company's brand and values.
  • Support sales and marketing teams by assisting with strategy, campaign management, and content creation.
  • Manage and update client information in the company CRM, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, scheduling, cancellations, and billing questions.
  • Coordinate marketing objectives and strategies with leadership and outsourced teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials and content strategy.
  • Oversee and update the company website, ensuring technical SEO and content accuracy.
  • Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on estimates.
  • Collaborate with HR for brand promotion at events and digital recruiting campaigns.
  • Coordinate video and photography shoots for marketing purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or a minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience and 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in content management, creative writing, and media negotiations.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CMS platforms, specifically WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing best practices.
  • Basic photo, video editing, and graphic design skills.
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite products.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly pay range: $20 - $25 an hour, depending on experience

Normal Work Schedule: This position is expected to work at minimum the following schedule – Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, some occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand and sometimes overtime may be necessary.

Location and Travel: This job operates in an office environment. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
