Salary: $40,000 full benefits, every other Friday off
We are a dynamic and fast-paced creative agency based in downtown Salt Lake City. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while pushing the boundaries of creativity and strategy. We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our growing team and help ensure seamless communication and project execution.
As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth client operations and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating project timelines to ensure that everything runs on track.
- Acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries or issues, ensuring swift and professional responses.
- Preparing client-facing documents and reports to keep clients informed of their project’s progress.
- Supporting account managers and sales teams by helping maintain client relationships and ensuring project tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handling essential administrative tasks, such as data entry, client correspondence, and file management.
- Contributing to key success metrics, including Client Revenue Retention, Lifetime Value (LTV) of a Client, and Project Completion Rate.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator, able to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of digital tools and platforms.
- Eager to learn and grow within our agency, with a basic understanding of eCommerce.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking an extreme ownership mentality to your role.
