We are seeking a talented Landscape Design - Construction Documentation Drafter to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and execution of complex landscape projects, ensuring they meet environmental, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, creative vision, and advanced technical abilities to mentor junior staff and deliver high-quality projects that align with client goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and design, guiding a team of designers and architects.
- Ensure quality control and project oversight from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering compelling solutions for their landscape visions.
- Conduct site analysis, client presentations, and technical drawing reviews.
- Collaborate with builders and clients throughout the design and production process.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Structure Studios, and Lumion for design creation.
- Mentor junior staff and assign tasks to landscape designers.
- Participate in site visits and meetings to communicate project information and client vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or related field.
- Licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Utah.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in landscape design/architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with basic understanding of Structure Studios/Lumion/Sketchup.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in horticultural best practices and landscape design technology.
- Fluency in English, with bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
