Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with a proven track record of implementing effective safety programs and protocols. The Safety Manager will be responsible for conducting site inspections, training employees, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigating risks
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees, including fall protection, confined space entry, and lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze incident reports and develop recommendations for improving safety protocols
Requirements:
