- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and wine list to make recommendations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle payments and manage cash transactions with accuracy.
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for food and excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
