The Wellness Coach manages the experience for our guests. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, believe in all-natural solutions, are interested in developmental opportunities, and have a passion for helping others. Wellness Coaches are comfortable helping our customers via telephone or in person, we listen to our guests, learn and give guidance regarding the right products for their needs, and enjoy delivering 'wow' experiences! Hours: Full Time and Part Time roles available
Pay Rate: Base Hourly Rate plus Sales Commission.

- Greeting guests appropriately and warmly.
- Providing transparent and well-informed knowledge about our natural wellness products.
- Upholding and following the company's core values and code of ethics.
- At least 2 years of prior retail customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of prior sales experience.
- Consider yourself a 'People Person' who enjoys interacting with others.
- Enjoy a collaborative environment encouraging individual growth.
- Is self-motivated and takes the necessary actions to meet sales goals.
