What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner position at Sunny Side Cleaning Services?
- 32-40 hours per week typically
- Start time 8:30 AM Mon-Fri. With NO WEEKENDS
- $17/hr plus tips and we provide company vehicles, pay for gas, insurance, and drive time in between jobs. We also provide all cleaning supplies.
You will provide recurring home cleaning, deep cleaning or move out cleans.
We are looking for long term employees that our customers and fellow employees can depend on!
Have residential experience before
Cleaning duties involve:
Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors. Kitchen counters, appliances, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, tidying up, emptying garbage, cleaning blinds, cleaning windows and walls and occasional other duties as assigned such as ovens, fridges, carpet cleaning or office cleaning. Other responsibilities include laundering rags, monitoring and refilling supplies, filling gas and cleaning company vehicles.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs, load and unload vehicles in winter and summer weather, bend, reach and climb step ladder.
Attendance is critically important but there is flexibility in the schedule for planned events. 5 days PTO after 6 months for FT employees. We do not work on Thanksgiving or Christmas, 4th July
Typically work in team but may work alone at times. Must get along with others and have a positive, friendly attitude. Must be able to follow directions and be ready and willing to fix mistakes.
Must be responsible, self motivated, reliable and have good attention to detail. Must be efficient and honest with no record of theft. Must be able to pass a drug test for major drugs (Marijuana on a case by case basis).
