We’re looking to hire a Catering Manager with strong culinary skills. This role involves developing and promoting catering services, working closely with clients, overseeing the production of catering orders, and managing delivery logistics. Additionally, this manager will support weekend line cooking until the catering business grows into a full-time role.

Qualifications
- Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong inventory management and control skills
- Expertise in food preparation and service management
- Experience in catering and restaurant management
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Familiarity with banquet and fine dining operations
- Supervisory experience in a dietary department is a plus
- Knowledge of bartending is advantageous
