Position Summary
Responsible for tracking, coding, distribution, monitoring, ordering, and billing of the assigned department supplies.
This is a Part-Time Position (29 hours or less per week).
Essential Duties
- Check stock levels for needed supplies and requisition order forms.
- Order supplies from designated vendor.
- Receive orders, verifying accuracy of invoice order, contents, and pricing.
- Tracking of supplies, by labeling and properly placing on shelves.
- Distribution of supplies to the required areas.
- Billing & allocating supply charges to resident and/or department.
- Data entry as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of inventory control, medical terminology, and medical and other supplies.
- Basic math skills and computer word-processing, database experience.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills preferred.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
