We are currently seeking Full-time & Part-time RNs & LPNs to join our Home Health team. As part of our team, you'll be providing exceptional care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, where you’ll make a real difference in their lives each and every day.

Your duties and responsibilities will vary from patient to patient, depending on their individual needs. However, you can expect to regularly assess patients’ conditions, initiate Plan of Care paperwork, and provide skilled nursing care such as administering IV fluids, medications, catheterization, and wound care. You’ll also prepare clinical and progress notes, including discharge paperwork, and communicate any changes in patient needs to physicians and staff. Additionally, you will assign Home Health Aides as needed and oversee the work of LPNs and Home Health Aides providing services to your patients.
Qualifications:
- Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN licensure within the state of Virginia
- Wound care experience
- Catheterization skills
- Basic life support certification
- EMR and EHR systems familiarity
- Patient care expertise
- Ability in patient assessment
- Home Health Nursing background is a plus, but not required!
