About the Role
We're hiring a freelance Senior Brand Designer for a full-time role to evolve and expand our brand while helping to define the future of music. There is potential for this position to transition into a permanent role in the future
You'll work closely with the Brand & Design Leads to generate effective ideas and bring them to life, crafting each concept from its initial stages through development and launch, with strategic insight along the way. Our goal is to make the world's best music app, and we want our brand to reflect this across all channels-digital, advertising, social, and marketing-while creating exceptional experiences.

What You'll Do
- Elevate the design of every element we create while maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Approach every brief with a fresh perspective. From ideation to development and rollout, your work will ensure our materials stand out from the clutter and captivate our audience.
- Create brand identities for subproducts or partnerships, advertising campaigns (both digital and out-of-home), as well as marketing initiatives, including social media, emails, banners, landing pages, and experiential projects, along with any other innovative ideas we brainstorm together : )
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Lead Designer, Design Lead, Product Managers, Marketing Team, and everyone else because you know the best ideas can come from anywhere
- Maintain an incredibly high standard for quality and craftsmanship. You care about the little details that contribute to excellence.
- Stay in tune with current trends and our audience expectations, aiming to push boundaries and create unique campaigns and visual experiences that effectively communicate our brand.

Compensation
The expected hourly rate for this role is between $67-85 per hour.
