Duties

- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Utilize basic math skills for processing payments and providing change.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication over the phone.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in conducting product demos to promote sales is a plus.
- Basic math skills for retail transactions and cash management.
- Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous.
- Lotto and lottery background skills are a plus
