- Process returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
- Assist in stocking shelves and keeping the grocery store tidy as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling and security.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
