The Admissions/Community Relations is responsible for the facility's admission program to include managing referral sources and development, public/community relations, advertising campaign, facility tours, evaluations of prospective residents for appropriate placement and tracking referrals, You will conduct beneficial and regulatory-required social work programs for the facility in accordance with company policies, standards of practice and governmental regulations to ensure the highest possible level of resident physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Requirements
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalency required.
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, Social Work, Business or related field preferred, or combination of education and experience preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outgoing and energetic personality Ability to prioritize and perform detail-oriented functions Ability to travel/market Intermediate computer skills Experience with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
