As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will:

What We’re Looking For
- Education & Licensure: RN license in Kansas (or ability to obtain). BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Experience: in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
