JOB TITLE: Installed Services Installer - Millwork
FUNCTION: Install windows, doors, millwork products in commercial and residential buildings in accordance with customer needs and organizational priorities.
REPORTING TO: Installed Services Supervisor, or Senior Project Manager.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Visualize and implement Company vision and core values.
- Install windows, doors, millwork, and hardware at job sites in a time-efficient and quality-centered manner.
- Effectively interact with customers to resolve concerns and solve problems.
- Prioritize work activity according to business needs and as directed by supervisor.
- Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
- Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.
- Complete and submit daily work reports, productivity records, and other documentation as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Works effectively with minimal supervision and direction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations.
- Physically able to bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Functions well as part of a team.
- Effectively follows written and verbal instructions.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality centred environment.
- Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: exerting up to 100 lbs of force regularly.
- Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.
- Frequent climbing of ladders.
- Regular exposure to the elements outdoors.
