• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
• Provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Assist in unloading delivery vehicles and operating basic pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Assist in loading products in customer’s vehicles.
• Assemble products sold in the store: wheelbarrows, grills, etc.
• Maintain a positive, motivated attitude in the workplace.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain price tags as needed.
• Stock and replenish displays and shelves.
• Loading and unloading rental equipment.
• Process payments for rental customers.
• Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
• Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned.

• Prior retail experience a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Physical Work - Medium: exerting up to 50 lbs. of force regularly.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.
• Repetitive motion associated with operating retail equipment.
• Frequent bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting required.
• Ability to communicate with customers and team members verbally.
