What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at SunPurity?
Looking for self-motivated individuals who are determined to move up in our growing company. As a call center representative, you will discuss the benefits of going solar to homeowners with the goal of setting an appointment for our solar specialists!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Qualify leads by using satellite tools and understanding homeowners electricity usage
- Schedule in home consultations
- Listen to homeowner's concerns & provide accurate feedback
- Capture all customer related data into the CRM
- Meet and exceed quotas
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 yr customer
- Strong phone presence & communication skills
- Ability to adapt & multi-task
