What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welding Ag Teacher position at Sunray High School?
Under the direction of the site/school Principal or designee, the position of Agriculture Teacher 9-12 with an emphasis in Agriculture Mechanics and Welding is for the purpose of facilitating student success in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing District approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of students; providing a safe optimal learning environment and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals etc.
As a Welding Instructor, your primary role is to facilitate student learning by organizing all aspects of the classroom and delivering effective lessons. You will motivate students, identify their learning styles, and adjust your teaching methods accordingly.
