Job Description:

The Multifamily Property Operations Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property. This involves effectively managing and coordinating various aspects of property management, including personnel, financials, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely collection of rents, as well as responsible budgeting and expense management.
  • Personnel Management: Supervise on-site staff, provide training and development opportunities, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee routine maintenance, address resident complaints, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
