Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the company remains in compliance with all federal and state disclosure laws and regulations
• Work with sales and marketing (including franchise brokers) in order to ensure they are informed on what is allowed to be shared with prospective Franchisees
• Responsible for updating appropriate parties on a quarterly basis and keeping all Disclosure Documents and related Exhibits up to date including ensuring that state registration documents are amended and renewed on a timely basis
• Will work with the Franchise attorney to coordinate any required updates and state registration renewals
• Maintain all files for each Franchisee based on a set checklist
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• 2 years of franchise coordinator experience
• Associate’s Degree or higher
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel to retail locations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Franchising Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
