Bookkeeper/Data Entry Clerk

Sunrise Community of Knoxville TN is excited to announce we are actively hiring a Full Time Funds Coordinator. As a valued member of Sunrise Community you will be responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities with the management of their personal funds.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assists with the management of multiple accounts. Including data entry of credit card receipts, invoices and food stamp entries.
• Assists individuals and staff in completion of continuing disability reviews and re-determinations of SSA/SSI, Food Stamps and Medicaid benefits eligibility.
• Monitors personal spending logs to ensure proper spending of consumer funds and timely submission of receipts and reports any discrepancies to management staff.
• Provides support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Must successfully complete the mandatory Background Check and Drug Screening
• Must possess good computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Quickbooks experience preferred
• Must possess excellent organizational skills.
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Financial Services: 2 year (Required)
