JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for receiving, invoicing, and assisting with inventory while creating and maintaining relationships with growers and Sunrise team members.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account for all products received at branch and enter receivers into system
- Complete accurate invoicing in timely fashion, meet month end deadlines and apply payments received to ensure customer statements are correct
- Assist with month end inventories and inventory control
- Enter customer contracts, apply prepayments, and accurately account for Input Financing customers: collaborating with sales staff as needed to obtain accurate information
- Exhibit exemplary customer service in all interactions (phone, email, in-person) with growers, demonstrating “Why Sunrise”
- Reconcile and process bank deposits
- Work directly with growers and/or the credit department to reconcile account issues as needed
- Produce accurate reports as needed by the grower, sales staff and/or location manager
- Organize and coordinate office duties (in cooperation with Administration Manager) while maintaining a pleasant environment for growers and Sunrise team members
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other duties as assigned
- Order and maintain office and general supplies for location
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately, possess a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work long varied hours as business dictates, willing to travel locally for training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
