What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Sunrise Counseling and Wellness?
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
-Greet clients and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone
-Handle and administrate requests and queries from senior managers-Organize and schedule appointments with an Electronic Health Record
-Write and distribute email, correspondence with referral sources
-Order office supplies, general office cleanliness
-Make coffee and provide a warm and welcoming presence for the agency
-Provide general support to visitors and fellow staff members
Skills:
-Experience as an Administrative Assistant or willingness to learn
-Knowledge of office management systems
-Knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite
-Knowledge and experience with office equipment like printers, scanners and, computers
-Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
-Leadership skills
-Ability to work in a diverse culture
-High school diploma or GED required
