As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Sunrise Counseling and Wellness, you will play a vital role in enhancing client interactions and ensuring a supportive atmosphere for those seeking mental health services. This position is essential in fostering positive relationships with clients and contributing to our mission of providing compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Having positive interactions with clients and staff.
- Preparing and cooking 3 meals per day, 4 days per week for IOP clients.
- Ordering groceries and supplies.
- Employee must be flexible and outgoing.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience and treatment engagement.
Qualifications
- Ability to make meals for multiple people, enjoying cooking is a requirement.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Multilingual or capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse populations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
