The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager oversees all aspects of the daily logistics and supplier management including quality control, food safety, inventory management, forecasting demand, cost and efficiency management. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities of the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager:
Sourcing and procurement: Negotiating contracts with suppliers, identifying reliable sources for raw materials, managing inventory levels.
Production planning: Coordinating manufacturing schedules, optimizing production capacity to meet demand.
Logistics management: Arranging transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods, optimizing routes and delivery times.
Inventory control: Monitoring stock levels, preventing overstocking or shortages.
Cost analysis: Identifying cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain.
Data analysis: Utilizing data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions. Deep understanding and hands-on data management of materials planning and inventory planning systems.
Risk management: Identifying potential disruptions in the supply chain and developing mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder communication: Collaborating with different departments within the company, as well as external partners like suppliers and distributors.

This position is full-time on site and includes paid time off, paid holidays, and healthcare benefits with a 50% employer contribution for the employee, spose and family, medical coverage. We are expanding and relocating to 26327 Fallbrook Ave., Wyoming, MN this year.
