Sunrise Gymnastics is looking for a passionate and experienced Boys Gymnastics Coach to lead and develop our boys' gymnastics program. We are a family-first gymnastics facility that values teamwork, hope, and joy, creating a supportive environment where athletes can grow in both skill and character.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable coach to help build and enhance our boys' gymnastics program. The ideal candidate has experience coaching boys' gymnastics at a recreational and competitive level and is committed to fostering a positive and motivating training environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop our boys' gymnastics program, from beginner to competitive levels
• Coach fundamental skills, strength, and technique on all men’s gymnastics events
• Create engaging and structured lesson plans
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined training environment
• Ensure athlete safety through proper spotting and skill progression
• Collaborate with the coaching team to align training goals
• Support and mentor athletes in their personal and athletic growth

Qualifications:

✅ Experience coaching boys' gymnastics at a recreational or competitive level
✅ Knowledge of USAG levels and progressions
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
✅ Ability to connect with and inspire young athletes
✅ CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Background check required

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
