Landscape Foreman
For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We are growing and have a great opportunity for a Landscape Foreman to join our Team in Tampa, FL. The foreman will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers and management’s expectations. This position may require the employee to perform all, but not limited to the tasks listed below. This team member will report to the Operations Manager of the local branch.
Sunrise Landscape & it’s affiliated companies, have multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in the Tampa, FL area.
What You Will Do:
- Ability to train, manage, and inform crew members on all aspects of landscape tasks, including company software, involved in daily and weekly tasks.
- Meet with operations manager daily to receive and discuss work orders.
- Communicate with sales regarding any changes or additions to work order before and after job is complete.
- Complete all necessary tasks in preparation for next day.
- Track progress of crew members and new hires for training and evaluations
- All other duties assigned by management as needed.

What You Bring To Us:
- 1-3 years’ of landcare experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license required clean driving record; you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Salary will commensurate with experience but will range between $17.00-$20.00 per hour.
