LOCATION: 130 CT-37, New Fairfield, CT HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday FULL Time: Benefits eligible In this role you will: Obtain blood specimens and collect non-blood specimens such as urine for laboratory testing Provide quality customer service and care to patients Check the test requisition or computer label to assure correctness and completeness prior to collecting sample Follow all safety, infection control, and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines All you need is: High school education or equivalent Phlebotomy or Medical Assisting Certification, preferred Minimum 1 year Phlebotomy experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent customer service skills Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Job Category: Laboratory Operations Company: Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc.
