We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and client visits
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all office documentation is organized
- Handle general office duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
- Provide support for billing, invoicing, and accounts-related tasks when necessary
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure that the office environment is clean and well-organized
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed by the Operations Manager and other team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
Salary : $35,360 - $50,000
