Job Description: Sunrise Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our team in providing top-quality landscaping services. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to complete projects efficiently and with top-notch quality. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment. Create and maintain beautiful lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces. Train new crew members and provide ongoing coaching. Monitor job site safety and enforce company policies. Communicate with clients and management to ensure smooth project flow. Qualifications: 2 years of landscaping experience, with leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and irrigation systems. Ability to operate various landscaping equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
