- Respond to resident concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
