This includes reviewing and documenting medication administration, conducting Service and Health Updates, and participating in daily Cross Over meetings.
\You will work closely with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining confidentiality of resident information, reporting concerns, and adhering to safety procedures.
