About This Role
We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Medication Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates (SHUs) as directed by the Resident Care Director (RCD).
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Transcribe orders and ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential.
- Certifications such as CPR and First Aid must be maintained.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
