About the Job
The Med Care Manager is an integral part of our care team, responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This role requires a deep understanding of our residents' needs, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of six months experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care environments. You will also need to be able to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence.
