Sunrise Senior Living offers a range of caregiver leadership opportunities, including the LPN Medication Care Manager role. This critical position plays a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver leader to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care to residents
* Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual resident needs
* Collaborate with the Resident Care Director (RCD) and Wellness Nurse to ensure seamless care delivery
* Participate in daily Cross Over meetings to discuss resident care and updates
* Report all accidents/incidents immediately and participate in risk management programs
**Requirements**
* LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
* CPR and First Aid certification
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
