Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and provide resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and report any concerns or incidents.
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED accepted.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
