We are seeking an experienced LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to our residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, standards, and regulations
- Reviewing and documenting resident medication records
- Collaborating with the Resident Care Director (RCD) and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication administration
- Ensuring confidentiality of all resident information
Requirements and Qualifications:
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations and handle multiple priorities
