Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates (SHUs) to ensure residents receive optimal care.
- Document medication administration, SHUs, and other relevant information.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident interactions.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following qualifications:
- LPN or LVN licensure.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to make choices and decisions that prioritize resident well-being.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
