Responsibilities and Qualifications
The LPN Medication Care Specialist will be responsible for:
- Administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Maintaining accurate documentation of medication administration
- Conducting Service and Health Updates
- Developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates
- Transcribing orders as needed

The ideal candidate will have a current LPN or LVN license, with experience working with seniors preferred. They will also need to possess written and verbal skills for effective communication, and demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
