• Key Responsibilities:
• Administration of medications and treatments
• Documentation of medication administration and SHUs
• Resident care and support
• Participation in daily Cross Over meetings and team goals
• Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or state-specific licensed nurse credential
• Certifications and ongoing training as required by Sunrise and state regulations
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
