About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications, documenting medication administration, and providing resident care while promoting the Mission of Sunrise Senior Living. You will work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Review, read, note, and initialize Daily Log to document and learn about pertinent information about residents.
- Receives medication updates from Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state/provincial regulations.
- In states/provinces where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
- Maintain the following certifications and ongoing training and re-education as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations:
- CPR and First Aid
