We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medication Management Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner while ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update medication administration records.
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
Requirements
- LPN, LVN, or state-specific licensed nurse credential.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
