Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The RN will work closely with the Resident Care Director (RCD) to conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress. Additionally, the RN will provide clinical support and assistance to community team members as needed.
