Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient administration of medications and treatments.
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings facilitated by the Lead Care Manager.
- Conduct SHUs and provide resident care in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
