Resident Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: Provides the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
• Documenting Medication Administration: Documents and initials as medications are given and ensures that appropriate documentation is completed for refusal or missed doses.
• Providing Resident Care: Assists in checking medication regardless of packaging system, assesses residents to determine need for 'as needed medication,' and documents and reports to supervisor.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all resident information, reporting all accidents/incidents immediately, and participating in daily Cross Over meetings facilitated by the Lead Care Manager.
