Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
- Licensure: Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
- Experience: Minimum one year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment.
