What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Care Coordinator position at Sunrise Senior Living?
As a LPN Medication Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, while also maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with residents and staff.
You will work closely with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure that all medication-related tasks are completed accurately and on time. This will include reviewing medication updates, documenting interactions with residents, and reporting any concerns or issues to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.
Additionally, you will be required to participate in daily Cross Over meetings, conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the RCD, and assist in the development of ISPs and monthly updates.
