Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Document medication administration records and other relevant information
- Conduct service and health updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of individualized service plans and monthly updates
Requirements:
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
